Design an animated banner concept (to be executed as an animated gif or in flash) to encourage people to click to learn more about gold and then call to receive a free Investment Kit. Landing page from the ad will be similar to the one at http://freekit.birchgold.com/invest-in-gold.



For the contest, please illustrate your concept's progression of animation with a storyboard of 3-4 frames. Once we select a concept, we will ask you to send us the animated file for review and our final comments. Finally, please create the concept with dimensions of 336w x 280h pixels, however once design is finalized we will need for it to be executed for eight different sizes. The ad will run on the Google Display Network and must adhere to spec requirements for animated image ads (right column) of this page: http://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/bin/static.py?hl=en&page=guide.cs&guide=1308145&topic=1310862&answer=176108 The eight sizes we will need are also listed here. At the very end of the project, we will also need you to supply workable files for potential future edits to copy.



Style and tone should convey that we're professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Visual style may be adopted from current website at www.birchgold.com -- you can also refer to style of attached Investment Kit. There are no strict guidelines to adhere to, and please note that a dark background (as on current website) is not mandatory. The Birch Gold logo should appear from beginning to end, as should images of various gold bars and/or coins. You may use any, all or none of the included images. We'd prefer you to use the provided images but if your concept requires a different image and it's available for purchase for a reasonable amount, please let us know and we may consider it. Please ensure at least one image is featured prominently to ensure balance between copy and images.



Here is an outline of the copy we'd like to see in the concept: Banner begins with headline "Invest Wise" as well as CTA "Request Your FREE Investment Kit". Then the subhead "PROTECT your wealth" appears followed by two supporting lines: (1) "Own an asset you can hold" and (2) "Hedge against inflation". After a few beats, the subhead and supporting lines are replaced with new subhead "PRESERVE for the future" and two supporting lines: (1) "Diversify your portfolio" and (2) "Invest your IRA in gold". Throughout all of this the headline "Invest Wise" and CTA "Request Your FREE Investment Kit" should remain. Finally, all copy except the CTA goes away and is replaced with the final, resolving frame. Headline on this last frame should be "Invest in Gold Today" and "Call (800) 525-6143" should appear near the CTA. The CTA should blink or flash in some fashion until the 30 second mark (the limit for these specs).
