Need Help!
Is there any way we can change the username?

I don't want everybody asking the admins to change their usernames. The exception is being made because you are new, so it's not really a problem.

Go to your user CP it is the option under the blue box (portfolio) on top of any page you are on.
Once you are on your user CP look to your left, there you will see many options, edit profile picture is the 2nd option, down in the settings and options you can change your avatar if you have one

it isn't showing an avatar. I think you have only uploaded your profile picture. Go back to the user CP look to the left and go down to I think it is the the 5th option, it says change avatar, go there follow those directions and make sure you are uploading the correct size also
