Are we still allowed to get in contact with a CH after the contest is over? And if so, how?

Thanks in advance!

no, no contact allowed. If the ch needs something then they contact us. We are working on the one on one feature right now, That will allow the ch and a designer to work together on the site. So if a designer needs something or a ch needs something then they would use our ticket or feedback option or live chat

If you send directly to CH's email, DC system will never know that CH downloaded his files and payment will never be released. SO, no.

I took a look around the contest and don't see any more designs with backgrounds. I do see designs that use a background as part of the design.

Designers that receive an infraction can still enter that contest they receive the infraction but will not be able to leave any messages in the comment box. You can leave messages in other contests you are in but just not any you have an infraction in

i have a problem
i got a message tellin me about an infraction
"You have received an infraction at Design Contest.

Reason: backgrounds not allowed unless requested by the contestholder
-------
There was a problem with your entry in modern, hip ecommerce site needs clean, sophisticated logo contest. You can see the details of the problem in the comments to your picture http://www.designcon...-logo/entry/182
You can also discuss the issue with the moderator in that thread - it is private and not visible to other members.
Meanwhile, you will not be able to post comments in open part of the contest."

i did it because the CH asked me to
how can i solve this?
what does it mean that i can discuss the issue with the moderator in that thread?

thanks in advance
