How does the rating system work in DC? At the bottom of each design entered in a contest there is a rating for 0 - 100. How does this work? who makes the rating the CH or the designers.

the contest holder is the only one that can rate the entry in their own contest. The contest holder can choose to rate or not, We try to encourage contest holder to rate our designers work. These designer points add up and is what rates you with in our top designers.
