I won the contest 2 weeks ago and still waiting for the Prize... ?

Hi there,
I won the contest "Coveted Clothing Logo" (entry #169).The contest was closed in Apr. 1st 2011. I uploaded the source files and posted comments on the Contest page for Contest Holder.
However, I have not received any feedback from CH and still waiting for my prize.
I do not know if I did something wrong or I should do some thing else..
Please help me out this situation !

PS: I also won the contest "Surgical Assistant Group needs impressive logo" (entry #32) last Apr. 13th and I submitted the source files. I am afraid ...!?! ;-)

I closed the coveted clothing contest, the surgical logo we will wait for about a week and see if the CH has anything needed to be changed
