Question?

I've seen this one image at the top of the rating list in this contest. And I notice that the image looks familiar to a stock photo I've seen on the istockphoto. But the design seems like it's using the stock photo but changing it so that it seems original.

So should I report it or not. Cause I don't want to get someone else's design taken down cause of me speculating.

i think you can submit a thread in the (chat with the mods) forum & post the stock photo & the entry you think is similar to it & let the mods judge ! also if you made that report already it wouldn't hurt bcuz mod shoud check first before accusing anyone of something like that!

Yes, I think you should report it. If the moderators don't find significant similarities they will not take any action and if it is indeed a copy of a clipart this image should be remove and the designer will receive an infraction.
