I am actually new as well, (although I am sure that you can tell just by looking at me.) and it strikes me that you haven't done much looking around on the forum. As i have been looking around, I have descovered that it is much easier to find the answers to the questions on these forums and while I could link you to them, I think it would be better for you to find them on your own.
