What about Second Winner

My design has been selected as second but i did not get the silver medal. What is the process to get the other medals after Gold.

help me plz...

which contest you are referring to?
and how did you know that ch have choose your design in second place (by rating!! or you got the silver medal)!! prizes is not related to the rating if that what you are pointing to.. CH should mark your entry as a silver so you get the medal. And sometimes they just choose the winner (gold medal) only!!

yes..would be nice if every contest will end in gold. silver and bronze ..maybe idea?

ch sometimes only select one winner (gold),
if you are second or third winner, can be seen from the medal on your design

I also can not understand why.. how difficult is for client to choose silver & bronze medal or give some rate , I agree the client always is right but even the second place deserves little of something ..

i meanted : maybe DC could make this a rule : always point : gold and silver and bronze

did the second and the third winning designs earn money or just medals

I guess for a multy-prize contest, it not necessary to have second and third as it will get nothing except the medals.

for some reason the medals earn nothing...we are designers who works for some revenue or cash instead of popularity.

Those medals help you  level up up on designers list and also help make you stand out to clients and contestholders that may hire you in a  1on1 project  so silver and bronze become very important!
