I have a question to you all.There are some contests named "website contest".If you wanna participate this contests you should only design the page as a theme with the home page ect. or also the html? Sorry for my english

but it's always helpful to read the CH briefs carefully.
as you can see at open website contests there's the possibility to upload graphic files only - that means no programing is needed
