Can any one help me to understand that how can i rearrange my portfolio, because I actually need to remove the eliminated entries from my portfolio too.
Except it can I sort my entries by its Contest Category?
please help me if any one know more about it....

You can rearrange "Contest Portfolio", another word withdraw your designs after couple of months (2 or so). You will see recycle bin on your upper right corner of design, click that and it will be removed.
There is no other way to sort it by your self... it is automatically by rating or by date.
But you can arrange your another "Personal Portfolio".
