I have been warned for being inactive for more than 1 week now. As I am busy off the internet I might not be able to participate in contests for a while. I would like to know how can I keep myself from being inactive other than participating in contests?

Sure locours...:)
But, read the forum guide first...

If you got another warning, open another thread, ask this same question to keep active...hehehe...
Just kidding...don't do this..hehehe

I'm registered to this site since several months now, and since past week, I'm online on this site whole day while I'm at work. Though I'm not submitting any designs, but I'm logged in all the time at this site and staying idle. And for the first time, I've just got similar warning today. Not sure whether this rule is new or I missed it completely :(

If your going to be away from the site for awhile. Just submit a ticket and explain to them that your going to be gone for awhile and wont be able to submit any designs for "such and such" amount of time. And they will mark your profile and it will show them that you are gone and will be returning on the date you provided. If you do this you shouldn't get the email about not be inactive.

Note: Just remember to make a post on the day you return or you will get that email. An also while you are gone you will loose rank in the designer list. I know I went from rank 21 to 26 in one week.

Squewheet is right. the ticket is the best way to go if you can't submit designs or make forum posts.

Don't worry, the worst that may happen is that you lose 10% of your points.

The reason behind this inactivity rule is that we don't won't designers who are not active for a long time in the top of our rating.
