Simbolic Prize for Silver and Bronze Medals!

I would like to suggest a small prize for Silver and Bronze medals.
in "real world" when a client asks me to work on a Mock-Up for a project i usually charge a fee... why? Obviosly because even if the client does not want the project... we have wasted time creating it... So why not work out a small prize here to... This would at least make some second placed Designers happy even if the amount is simbolic...

Lets say that a project Prize is 300$ So the Gold medal could be awarded 250$, Silver 30$ and Bronze 10$... Well its not much but at least pays your lunch :0)

Any thoughts?

Only the the gold, first place receives prize money. Silver and Bronze do receive extra designer points.

I have found some Contest Design Websites that give Money prizes to 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th place... i will not mention here the Website since i consider it noy pleasent to the current Website. But again underline this suggestion...
