Hows That Possible? Can anyone help me to understand?

Because this designer is Banned Why have a banned designer at the top of the list? This is what happens with continued use of clipart and/or copy of other designers

As per the designer level rules his Rank should under Top 10 than why it is 2473?

I really like the Hard Rules of Design Contest but there are so many designer who continued use of clipart and/or copy of other designers but they do not loose their rank than why it happened with Moimeme? Could I know this?

I also have a suggestion but application is the matter of Design Contest;

If some one get banned than;
::: Lock his/her status for change (neither PLUS nor MINUS).
::: Replace his/her image by "Banned Profile".
::: Make a Negative Banned Point that SUBTRACT from total point achieved.
::: If someone get Negative Total Point than Remove all medal less designed from his/her profile.

I promise it will create a fear to use of clipart and/or copy other designers.

I am an Indian and in my country there is a Maxim "Eliminate crime not the Criminal"

IndiaFX why is it so important for you to know this? And no it doesn't create fear with designers that cheat and steal, they just come up with new ways, and that is what we watch out for. All of the forum posts from this designer says banned,

When you view a designer profile and see that they have that many medals , and only been a member since Feb of this yr...doesn't that make you wonder "how"

Sorry sharie, I am really never interested to know this but my intention is just make my profile much beautiful and managed. I need remove my entries from the contest "http://www.designcontest.com/logo-design/create-the-next-generation-logo-for-pico-computing/" and I think there no any problem to design contest because the contest has been closed and all the designs are eliminated by the contest holder.

Well Can i get a panel to remove my Eliminated Designs from any contest after the Contest Close?
