Hi, can you help me how level up is working? I red this https://www.designco...d-upload-limits and even if this will be my 8 post in the forum and in current contest Redesign of Postino.net free webmail service i have submitted 3 designs and one of them has 85 rating points i'm still at Level 1 and i can't upload more.
Can somebody help me?

Hi tikasia~ You will receive the rating points from a contest after the contest has closed and winner has been chosen. If you have several rated entires in the same contest, you will only receive the rating points from your highest rated entry after it has closed and winner has been selected.

Can somebody help me about the level up problem and number of submit designs, i'm now level 3 but i can't submit more than 2 designs, when i was level 2 I was able to submit more than 5 designs and now I can't submit more than 2, what's the problem I can't understand.

Hello, I have same question, I am level 1 and I submitted 3 designs on my first chosen contest and I can't continue. So basically I am stuck with 100% no chance to win + contest holder isn't giving any ratings to any designs.
So I am basically forced to enter other contest and wait until it gets finished so I could get my 50 points to level up to level 2? And if that so, then the first contest I entered was basically a waste because what are the chances that you will win with 3 entries?

Well, I don't see any problem in the Green Car logo contest. At level 3 you can submit 7 entries. You have uploaded 10 entries total in that contest (7 + 3 extra that you've got because 3 of your entries scored 30+ points). Until CH rates any of your unrated designs you won't be able to add anything more there. Don't know if there is any other problem, so as Babba said you should use the Live Chat and ask someone competent

So if i understand correctly... if one of my designs in a contest is rated with more then 30 points, i get a chance to submit an extra image over my limit?
