What will happen?
CH : "Unfortunately we had a deadline of early this morning which was missed and had to select a different design"
CH is saying he has a deadline to present design before the contest ended. There were several designs uploaded before his deadline. What if he used a design presented in the contest and now he is saying he can't use these designs? There are uploaded designs with all his wishes about where the logos shoud be etc. before his deadline what if he used it?
