A question about payments

Hi! I've just joined this site, but I'm from Bulgaria and I can't get a paypal account... I just want to ask you - how can I ''Join the team'' if I can't get a paypal account? Then if I ever ''join the team'' how will I recieve the payment(if I win something of course)? Is there a way that you can pay the people who can't get an account? If there is - please tell me

Can you transfer the money with Western Union, E-gold, or something like that - and deduct the money for the transfer from the prize?
