it is called an avatar in this case
    cool, learning things already
i tried to get rid of the white border
    i used 10% gray
    and center the logo
    but not easy

    any suggestions on that?

    thanks

Hi. Not sure what you mean by "center the logo" but to fix the white border I think you will have to crop the image in a raster program.

i mean center it below my name, instead of being flush left. The thin line on left and bottom probably has to do with a shadow inset or something, it is not on the orignal file.

Well, as you can see I was able to fix the problem by simply doing what I posted above, so it must have been something on your end causing the issue. If you were using a vector program, then that's the problem.

About centering the avatar, I don't think our forum settings allow individual users to do that; everyone's avatar is left-justified.

Are you trying to set up an avatar?
