Hello, i have here more than 15 days, and have active my PayPal account, have more than 10 posts, and almost while i atempt to participate in a contest, i can't do it, a message still been happening. I have not privileges yet, i don't understand what is happening, can you help me?? i have been apply the "Application Form" in many times, but isn't works.

jupaduarte, don't be worried; I received all of your applications. I have only a few left in my inbox and yours is one of them. I normally would have gone through them yesterday (Friday) but I have something very important to finish by Monday night, which is eating up all of my time. Once I free up on Tuesday, I'll definitely get around to checking the applications and you will receive a reply. Sound good?
