    Hey don't worry about your english folks around here are very understanding...DC has members from all over the world. There are many free word translators you can use. The forums are an important part of the DC community. Forum activity is a great way to learn and become friends with other members. There is a wealth of information in the forums and just about everyone is willing to help someone out.

    In order to pass this voting process, the total number of "yes" votes must exceed the total number of "no" votes by at least two (2) votes .
