as you can see in the contest this is the design they has chosen as the winner of the main prize.

Here's the message I have received from them about the runner-ups:

There are 79 runner ups! The list of entry numbers are below.

We are offering $25 cash to each runner up and they will have to sign an art release and send us the file.

Can you also post the art release on the site so they can respond with it attached and the artwork and we can send the checks? Let me know.

Do you want us to attach the files and release form in this thread? Or is there an email address we can send this to? Also I think most if not all use paypal so you would need our paypal email

Wow that's a lot of winners! Thank you buckledown for selecting both of my designs. I also have a PayPal account and will await for further instructions regarding where to attach the files and release form.

Edited to add: Two of my designs have been selected so do I need to fill out 2 separate release forms or can I submit one release form with both titles written on the one form?

To All Our Runner-Ups:
Congratulations on being one of our $25 cash prize runner-ups!

Please follow the below steps to claim your prize:
1) Download, sign and send the Art Release to bucklecontest@gmail.com or fax to 270-912-4615. If you have more than one design, you can fill out one Release form and list all designs.

2) Send the art file to bucklecontest@gmail.com. Acceptable formats include: Buckle design dimensions must be: 3.32" x 2.092". Acceptable formats are: 300 DPI or higher, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or a high resolution jpg.

3) Send your PayPal email address with the art file to bucklecontest@gmail.com for direct payment. If PayPal is unavailable in your Country, you can send alternate payment details.

Hi Runner Ups,
To keep this somewhat orderly given the large amount of runner ups we have... we are collecting your emails, files and releases through Tuesday 7/13. We will contact you individually if we need anything else and to let you know when the 1st round of payments will be made.

Anyone who sends their info past 7/13 will be part of a second round of payments so get yours in as soon as you can!

Has anyone got payment yet? They sent me an email saying I would be paid on the 19th. I still haven't received anything yet.

Yes. I received an email on Friday saying I would be paid by Monday the 19th and then on Monday, I received another email saying I was paid for my 2 designs. The money was in my PayPal account.

This is an update to let you know that we are processing the payments as quickly as we can using PayPal. Unfortunately, we have a hold up on PayPal's side due to the number of runner up payments we must make. I assure you, we are working on the issue and will have the payment made as soon as possible.
