Sorry, live chat is down.
Filters don't work properly. "Hide other designers" option appears ONLY after selection "Show only my conversations". Hide other designers doesn't work at all. There is no option for "Show only CH's comments". Comment needs an option to REPORT this comment.

#Number rule doesn't work I guess.
I believe the comment section should have public and "private" comments (f.i. if you click on the design we see all entries submitted by designer. Here should be placed "private" messages. No matter if we have blind or visible contest). Once contest is finished, all comments should be visible for all.

Also, I think I am able to see all comments in blind contests. - Fixing it right now. Thanks.

Sorry, I don't get it. What's the point of this? Hide other designer option will leave only my conversations (and maybe CH's). So, basically this is the same. Better to have option to see only CH's comments... Hide other designers option hides everything for me...
"It's not working only in blind contests for messages of others". Also unclear. #Number should work in blind contests. So if designer puts #Number nobody can't see his comment except for CH. Designer and CH could discuss some elements of the design which shouldn't be visible to all.

To identify cheats and rule violations. This is obvious. CH could ask other designer to use someone's concept or provide personal info, etc
I really don't think that you need to worry about this. This type of job is for the admins here to take care of.
