colors suddenly changed when i submit my design

    i got some issue
    i just submitted one design
but, suddenly the color for my design changed,
    same happens with image pixels
is it because of the size?

    and 1 more question
do i have to submit my design in eps or ai
    of submit both files?
    please help.

I got the same problem before, you should save your artwork as .jpg and work with rgb.

Yes, it happened to me too. I think it might be the fact that all the images are converted to the .jpeg format, so if one submits the design in another format, like .png, the site automatically converts it to .jpeg.

And by doing this conversion, the colors change.

Again, this is just a thought, I'm not sure about this.

The contest holder chooses the logo design. The Contest holder pays for the design so they choose the winner

You can switch between RGB and CMYK easily in Illustrator as well as Photoshop...In Photoshop, go to "Mode" and change the settings.

Sometimes colors look different on different screens, operating systems. Even different web browsers have different color characteristics, I think.

Some software packages provide a function to approximate what the image will look like under different operating systems. In many Adobe products, you can access this by selecting Proof Colors from the View menu — this will show you what your image will look like on Mac and PC.

Colors tend to look different on different monitors because each monitor has its own setting. There are glossy screens, extra bright screens, HD screens, anti-glare screens, etc. Generally, most colors only vary slightly between screens, so it shouldn't be a huge cause for worry.

Another way to keep same colors on your computer and web is to check for color profile you are exporting.

adobeRGB colors are ok only on your computer, if you put your work on web, colors won't look the same. sRGB display same colors on your computer and web also. So check is there everything set to sRGB.
