I have received an infraction without a legit cause
Your moderator "ZukiH" marked my entry as a "problem" without a legit cause. The reason given was “You cannot use any photos”, which I did not.
I replied explaining her mistake but cannot get a response.
After going to the "Andrew Ho" contest, it turns out that "ZukiH" is competing in that same contest.
If that is not a classic example of a conflict of interest, I don't know what is.
I to my best will always keep to your rules but humbly would suggest one more rule.
Fellow designers cannot delete other designers work they are competing against, especially without cause.
What I have read about "ZukiH" on the forum is positive and she seems to be a great asset to this community so in no way construe this as personal.
I’m sure you need all the moderators you can get, I’m just suggesting that if a moderator is competing in a contest and sees a “problem”, that moderator should still note it but pass it on to another moderator to assure a non-bias decision.

Below is my response to "ZukiH":
This entry has no photos. I created the rose and frame in 3ds Max. I then vector traced it in Illustrator. I can send you my original max file and Illustrator file if you need it. As far as you thinking it was a photo, thanks for the compliment.

All you had to do was send zukih a pm or email with your source files so she can see it is ALL vector. Once the files are shown to be vector then the infraction would be reversed.
Zukih has always been impartial not biased when moderating a contest she is entered in. She was following the rules and the rules state NO photos allowed. To be honest I would have marked your entry also, it looks like a photo. I would suggest to take it as a compliment send your source files and be done with it.
