I find podcasts pretty usedfull for finding little useful design tips every week... my favorites so far are probably.

adobe creative suite video podcast
layers tv
and, all things adobe

i like layers tv the best they are really over enthusiastic and that sort of gets me going! does anyone else have any good ones?

I enjoyed Ionic Audio (a podcast abut illustration) but there haven't been new shows for quite a long time now.
