    'difficult' clients

    The primary principle is one I taught my kids. It applies to every areas of my life, not just work:

    "You can't change someone else's behavior. You can only change your own."

    I love these kinds of articles - they are as important to by business as those about design. My portfolio and work quality play a huge role in acquiring new clients, but communication in interpersonal skills play the largest part in keeping them.
