Deviantart.com Has MANY MANY tutorials for photoshop, photography, graphic designing in general too. Has any one seen them? They may be little things here and there but many of them are VERY usefull even if it is something simple! Also it has a lot of art and etc that is very inspiring! Just a small tip!
