Design based of Keith Haring arts
Hey I found this Chinese designed for poster designs he is not that bad but I am looking in his corporate identity portfolio I found he has allot of work based off keith harings design style.
Also you can clearly see it is pretty identical to Keith Haring.

So my question is: Is this person stealing designs or just clever using Keith Harings style. So it this actually legal in design terms.

The logo is stealing IMO. He might really get in trouble if the inheritors of Keith Haring decide to sue him.
The other images may be called an inspiration though very close one...
but after all it's China, copyright doesn't really exist there

This guy actually studied design in America and probably picked up this style form art history. Because I actually directly saw the logo was from keith haring and everyone else did not even know who the guy is. In China they don't teach the designers much about art history while in the dutch design academies you have to learn them so you know what styles there used to be. Also Keith Haring is pretty much also one of the people that graphic designers need to know like Paul Rand, Saul Bass and Andy Wadhol.
