    privecy

    i have an illustrator file that i dont want anyone to use , but i have to send it to a prepress shop to made plates of it

    is there anyway to send my file and make sure that noone will use it??

    if i dend it as ps file they can easly convert it into pdf and use it... pleas any idea will be useful

    You'll just have to trust your printer to not use your files for anything else. Go to a more reputable printer if your concerned about theft. Other than that I don't think you can do much.

    If you are that worried about it. I'd ask them to sign a non-disclosure statement/agreement. They are easy to draft up and are legal.

    Are they local to you? or via the net?
