Which designers inspire you?

For me, I'd have to definitely say Stefan Sagmeister. He has an extreme passion for design and is even willing to put his body on the line for it (carving into his skin for an aiga lecture poster).

Gotta say Chip Kidd on this one! He has kept raising the bar with his book cover designs over the years. Check them out here.

I haven't really studied many designers in great detail, but the one I've learned to love and hate at the same time is Zaha Hadid. Granted that she is an architecture, I've studied, memorized, and built here Vitra Fire Station several times over. I must say that her design is of mathematical genius, and definitely one of the places I'd love to visit ASAP.

As much as I love what all of the contemporary designers are putting out, I have to say that I love the style of 1920s designer A.M. Cassandre.
