Can anyone tell me? What are the dimensions for the wordpress websites?

I mean pixels. Isn't there a restriction on the width?

you can change the themes, they have extremely different widths. I don't know anything about a restriction depicting this. But I can be wrong

Well, there are screen standards of 800x600, newer 1024x768px. But not only for wordpress, for any site you design.

you can use any resolution, it will depend on your design. Most users use 1024 x 768 screen resolution.
