Sending fonts?
Well, lately I've been involved on many webpage designs where the CH wanted to have, with their graphic, the fonts used.
I know that sending them with a logo is illegal and useless, also. But what about web page design? How do you manage to solve this problem, since the owner might have the need to change some texts. Of couse I'm talking about contests; not about long relationships with clients where you can make all the possible changes.
Is there any way to send a font used without falling into illegality?
There you go... Want to hear your opinions

Well, it is not legal and that you "own" that font, you bought it, and there are good fonts growing out of trees, I think you should suggest to the client to buy the font, if they really want it or his GD needs it, they should seriously think in buying it.
Unless it's a free font with commercial use you can send it, many fonts come along with a notepad text explaining legal issues, commercial or personal usage and stuff like that.
Hope it helps

I always use free fonts so i never had that problem
Cant you buy the font for your client and include it on his "bill"?

Of course that would be the correct way to do that, but we all know how free fonts often miss some character, or have bad spacing. There are also lots of free fonts well done of course.
Obviously the contest part of designing has different rules since the webdesign needs not to have 'expanded' type for later changes. Thanks for your suggestions, anyway.
