What type of painter or multimedia artist are you? Abstract, still life, surrealism, etc.

I get email from several galleries around the U.S. that feature upcoming shows and previews. They are mostly of the pop surrealism variety.

You mean like fine art stuff, right? Try joining FineArtAmerica.com. It's a POD website for emerging artists. I use it myself (other than being a member, I am not affiliated with the website). One of the benefits is that will list for you all art shows within a geographical area to you.
