Any particular programs you are interested in? Photoshop, illustrator, corelDraw, inDesign?

Here is a great site that claims to have all of the best Photoshop tutorials from around the world: http://www.photoshoplady.com/

But there are so many more. Just do a web search for tutorials on the software you are most interested in.

I think that learning how to use programs is an important thing, but that should be complimentary to learning about good design.

There aren't as many tutorials about general design concepts as there are for using programs, and that's a shame.

You'll have a huge list to choose from if you go to linda.com or other sites like that, anyways you'll have to search for adobe illustrator cs4 or cs3 or cs2 (they all all the same with minor changes)

GoMediaZine.com has new tutorials all the time and they send emails every week with new post if you sign up for them. You should do a search for graphic design online magazines.
