about template

hello everyone..
i am new here. i have submitted my design in "sprint technologies contest" (first submit). but i don't use a template (maybe from design contest)like other designers. is it okay? if not, how can i take the template?

On the contest page you will find this

Extract from the rules:
all logos must be created in vector format.
no third party images can be used in your designs.
all entries must be presented on official canvas. The files can be downloaded here.
If you have any question about the rules, do not hesitate to post them on our forums.
