    what would be the way to have all of the colors you want in your swatches??

    I want like colors already in my swatches so I can just look at them and be like, oh I like that color, and its already there, but where could i find like colors??

    It really depends on what program you are using!
    You could just manually add the colors you would like to have in swatches. Usually you just pick a color, name it, and then you can save it to your swatches.

    The biggest problem you are facing, is probably that it would take up too much space, having all colors presented at once. It would make impossible to navigate it.
    Try using the color wheel function or something like that. It would probably be the closest you could come to having all colors shown at once.

    In photoshop you can take a picture and extract the color palette from it. It is very handy, if you want to create color swatches in that match the picture.
