Why my design doesn't go smooth on the preview?

I'm new here at DC,
so I would to ask some questions, hope some of you who already expert can help me out.

After I submitted my design, when I take a look at the preview popup screen (if we place the cursor upon certain design), my design (the text part) didn't look smooth.

Can anyone tell me why is that happening?
Do some fonts meant to be like that at certain zoom level?
What type of font that look like that?

Your problem could be due to several reasons. What format did you submit your design? Was it JPEGed?
