Color picker spectrum instead of swatches

I need to get this http://www.webappers.com/img/2007/10/color-picker.png into panels where are swatches.

I use Photoshop CS4. I use color picker a lot and sometimes after I pick the color I need to adjust it in the spectrum, which is time consuming to everytime click on the small square in the panels and work from there, then click ok.... arrrgh. I need to have this spectrum in panels so I can work quicker. Is it possible?

Edit: I forget to mention that I know about the "color" panel, but I need it bigger so I can see the wider spectrum plus where is the current color on the spectrum.
