    I need help

Every time I upload my design, it is huge! I would like to have it smaller and centered in the frame. no-one else seems to be having these problems. I'm loading it as a PNG, but is there any advice to solve this problem?

    Thanks

Save your work as a jpeg or .png format, 640 pixels wide x 480 pixels high, RGB format. Good luck!

To make your design smaller in size .. as Stev27 has already directed .. keep the main file size 640 x 480 pixels in RGB and save your output as jpeg/ png in 72 resolution and to have your design in the mid.. keep your design in the middle of the main drawing frame available in the software you are working in..
