Is it just me, or if you're running off integrated graphics or have a horrible quality monitor. Your design's come out a little fuzzy? I am upgrading my video card and monitor for more precise designing, but does it ever seem that way to you?

Also, if the quality of images look bad on a monitor and you Print Screen it, and it comes out bad. Is it just your monitor or does it look bad to everyone else as well?

If you follow the design guidelines for upload size of an entry 640x480 300 res you should not see any problem with the entry, it should be sharp and clean.

I'm not talking about entry's here. I'm talking about in Illustrator or Photoshop as you see it. In other words do Video Cards and Monitors affect how your design's are presented to others?

Nope - they won't affect how others view it. (Although, if your monitor isn't calibrated, that does affect your color picking...)
