Is there standard on PPT template ?
Hi everyone,
Is there any standard size and format on ppt background, header, footer ...
I'd check quickly on the web , but couldn't find anything.
It seems that ppt frames are usually done in 1024 X 768 but then again it seems to be quite free concerning header or footer size.
Can someone confirm how files are usually deliver to the customer in that case(vector, jpg, ... ).
thank you

From what I understand ppt size should be screen size, now they are using them for hdtv as well so res should be considered as well as pixel size.
As far as an actual template to go buy no I don't think there is....I may be wrong so anyone that knows for sure please let us know : )

I did some practice with microsoft powerpoint and openoffice impress and I got my answer.
Now I know how it works !!
Basically, you use an image as background for powerpoint, there's no rule about header or footer size.
So if a customer ask you a PPT template you can :
- either create and send a .ppt if you own powerpoint or impress.
- or send an image standard size (800x600, 1024x768 .. or more I suppose) and then He 'll be able to his own .ppt.
Hope this thread will be helpful .. and thanks for your answer sharie ...
