I wonder if its possible to use a pda as a tablet. I've seen a software before that could control your mouse functions with a pda. But not sure how it all works. Also forgot wich company it was who made it.

I use a Wacom intuos 6x8 and I love it. I consider it one of my best purchases and investments into my design career. It just gives me a natural feeling during my work flow, almost the same as drawing on paper or any other traditional media.
Im on the market for one....any suggestions on which to get?

I fully recommend the one I stated I have above. I believe 6x8 is a perfect size to start, it is not too big nor too small; performance is great and it is easy to use. =]
i got wacom too.. A5wide..![]()
I use a Graphire4. Didn't have money for a Intuos.
I got used to the whole process in about a week, and now I use it for everything, including non-design related tasks. The mouse that came with the tablet is useless.
Now I'm very interested in the Navisis products. Thanks, Chung Dha for pointing it out. It really looks like they have some great ideas put into great products; cost effective, too.
I have a graphire and haven't gotten used to it yet, it doesn't have the paper and pencil "feeling".
I there a way to make the surface not too soft/slippery, I really don't want to get rid of the tablet. I even thought of wrapping it on paper but it's going to look too crappy.
I use only Graphire 2. It enough for me.
I tried to use my brother's Wacom Intuos 3 - A4 size. but it feel too big for me. So I prefer smaller Graphire.
