Here's a handy little application I found recently and have been using alot.

View your fonts, choose web, cmyk, pantone colors and convert units of measure and much more, all in one app. Pretty cool.

Yup, I found this little treasure buried within my Applications folder on my Mac. It now takes permanent residence on my dock.
