I'm not sure if I understand what you mean by "fee site" but as for free templates, I don't think that it would be in anyone's best interest here to provide you with any, seeing as how we offer them for a price.

Graphics design is no different than your business; we charge money for everything that we provide. If you do happen to find anything of this sort entirely for free, then:

1. I doubt that it will be of good quality
2. Many other people will be using the same thing
3. You will not have much to choose from

If you want your clients to feel like they're dealing with professionals, then you should let professionals handle your designs. It will cost money, but it's been proven to be a good investment.
