    The Myth around 72dpi

You ever hear a teacher say "you must save that picture at 72dpi if you want to use it for the web". But Internet pictures alway be the same amount pixel x pixel and it wont improve the resolution or look better. The picture will always be the same size on your monitor unless you change your screen resolution.

I save picture with 1dpi sometimes just to keep people away who want to print them out. And when they print it they get big sized up pixel pictures.

here is a link with info about 72dpi http://www.scantips.com/no72dpi.html

yup that could be a problem, but clients mostly would like to see it digital because websites wont be used on paper. And print screen or just change back the dpi in photoshop if they want it printed. And screen colors rgb and print color cymk don't look the same often.

Only picture that should be on a printed dpi size is a map, for customers to know how to get to your company.

1dpi can be used for allot of online picture formats like .gif .jpg .png. Can be easily changed in Photoshop while changing the size.

1dpi is great if you don't want people to print out your work or use your photos.

Wow. That's a nifty idea that makes you feel stupid for not realizing it sooner.
    Thanks for this.
