Blogs, feeds, RSS, OH MY! (Help)

Didn't really see a help forum anywhere so I figured this would be the place to do it. (I apologize if I'm wrong) On to the issue:

I'm trying to start add a blog within my page. I figured the best way to do this is to host the posts somewhere like blogger or wordpress and then somehow feed all that to my actual page. (Is that even possible)? I have a blogger and feedburner account if that helps.

Here's an example of what I mean. http://dlb-network.com/ They created a page, but It seems the blog section is being transmitted from wordpress.

QUESTIONS

How can I do this?
What would I need to do to prep a site in order to link those posts?
Or if you can point me in the direction to an answer?

It's possible but I think the better way is to go the other way around and build a website around a weblog-system. Wordpress are like a database-driven php framework that one install on ones own host (or host it on their servers)...
