going further, using a compination of button.

Optimize the speed of a menu bar using a combination of button done with the same elements.
In this menu i used the transform function to change the color of the buttons.
Test it, please. The whole bar its only 2.3k

    Multicolor button bar

I guess it's somewhat informative for a Flash beginner, but that's where it ends. Nothing really insightful, and probably is reviewed and outlined in the Flash book ones gets with the program. And there's no final product to boot. Looks as though someone was in quite a hurry. But if you're looking for Flash examples, not tutorials per say.

This tutorial is quite old, almost 3 years to be exact. At the time flash was not as popular as it is now There should be a final example -- but it is not working anymore.

I believe that its not that useful to a newbie, because sometimes when u are learning u wanna see the final product to see if u made it to the end, also I think that it wouldn't hurt to make the website a little bit prettier, I don't know if u just change the font and color the whole site changes at least, that's my opinion, see ya!
