Problem uploading to Fairview Contest

I've been trying to upload to the Fairview Contest but I keep getting an error message I've tried reducing the file size and no luck. This is the error I get:

PC gives error, Laptop not. I dont know why, tho.

I've tried posting in every contest. Same computer that I post with yesterday. haven't changed any setting on my computer or the canvas and getting the error message?
I've deleted cookies, net files and errase history. shut down and rebooted still get the message. ?

perhaps resurepus can get to the bottom of it?

what happened with me was a coincidence, i guess.
Today, both computers give the same error.
