About LinkBacksIs it just my computer or is the banner on top of the forums page broke?
It doesn't show on my mac, I'll check my pc.
not working on my pc either.

Under the word Design you should see the word hidex or open> if it says open> then the banner is stagnet. Click open then the banner goes back to its movement
