upload not working

HiI am trying to submit a logo to a contest, when I click on subit design, it takes me to DesignContest front page???
Help, please

I downloaded your file turn around and uploaded to the contest, it uploaded just fine. Is this first time you have entered anything on the new site?

once you browse for your upload file and then hit submit..is that when it takes you to the home page?

yes, this is the first time....I even tried to use firefox, rather than safari....still can't upload?

can you try to upload to another contest, go ahead and use same entry I will remove it from the other contest

once you browse for your upload file and then hit submit..is that when it takes you to the home page?

could you try a couple of things....make sure your browser is set to allow "all cookies" including 3rd party cookies. Also try logging out then log back in, maybe restart your system after allowing all cookies and clearing your cashe? If this doesn't work would you mind going to to live chat?

log in clear cache and log out

Yo!
I'm totally newbie.
Just want to ask, why I cant submit my design to the contest?
When I click the 'submit a design' button, thy said: You are about to submit a design, please read all the requirements carefully.
Then, when I click the 'submit a design' button in the bottom: Dialog box appear and said 'Please only upload JPG, PNG, or GIF image'

Well, if I have to read all the requirements, then where that requirements?
Can anybody tell me why?
