Hi Steve
Here are some font suggestions for the logo. I have also fixed the S, in pros, IMO, it looks better, not too difficult to read, without making too big of a change to the look.

After closer examination and discussion, it's currently a toss up between the first example (left column) and third example (right column). However, we're wondering about colors now, possibly something to help separate/differentiate the name from the graphic element a bit more.

Some subtle changes to the text, with some effects added, to make it stand out more, and seperate it a little from the icon

First of all, sorry to everyone for my lengthy absence. I was away all weekend and then couldn't remember my password to login. Obviously that's all taken care of now.

As the contest is now over and I really need to get new marketing materials printed and out the door, we've decided on a winner. We feel that Angie's (illumina) concepts and designs best meet our goals and needs in a logo.
